The front door opens onto the dining room that includes a four person dining table and bar seating for two. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The living room that includes a queen size leather sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, bench and ottoman seating, and a work desk. The bedroom includes a queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a dresser, and nightstands.

The apartment is centrally located in the Central City neighborhood. The apartment is surrounded by the Warehouse District, known for its art galleries and restaurants; the Lower Garden District, a young and vibrant neighborhood centered around Magazine Street; the Garden District, known for its historic mansions and cemeteries; and Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard, which contains a variety of museums and restaurants.
